 Program:
Departure  at 8:00a.m. behind Alexander Nevski Cathedral. Sightseeing  tour of Bansko, the most famous winter resort in Bulgaria, recently discovered by foreign tourists,provides an interesting combination between the virgin nature of Pirin Mountains and the atmosphere of that ancient Bulgarian small town. Bansko is a town of secrets – the houses are barely seen from the street, hidden behind the stone walls that exceed human height, with huge iron studded gates of fir wood.The Bansko House is a peculiar type of house whose structure resembles the medieval boyar ’s mansions. Visit to the Holy Trinity Church - the largest, most interesting and rich in the Pirin area. Drive to the village of Dobarsko.Undoubtedly the most interesting and extremely well-kept historical monument not only in the village of Dobarsko but also in the whole region is the church of St. St. Theodor Tiron & Theodor Stratilat built in the remote 1614. The murals in the church are unique. There are many secrets connected with the building decoration and the preservation of this temple. Symbol of the Bulgarian Renaissance is the Candlemas church from the 19th century. The rich and valuable wood-carving iconostasis was decorated by Simeon D. Molerov, anotable representative of the famous School of Fine arts in Bansko, and is apart of the national cultural heritage. Drive back to Sofia in the evening. The tour ends behind Alexander Nevski  Cathedral.Tour duration – approximately  10  hours.

- hotel pick-up, lunch, coffee-breaks, personal expenses, and gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager.

Useful information:Cancellations: A refund of 20 % of the tour price will be made if the cancellation is up to 24 hours before tour departure. If you cancel earlier than 24 hours – full refund of the price.
Insurance: Not included. Please, discuss it with us.
Accident or loss: We have no liability for loss,damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused,unless due to our employees’ negligence, in which case our liability is limited to maximum of the refund of the tour cost.
Please note: Children and students up to 16 years of age should be accompanied by an adult. Tourists, disturbing the rest of the travelers in the group with intolerant or bad behavior will be asked to leave the group immediately with no money refund!
Students - up to 25 yrs.: At the time of booking students must provide student ID card and bring it with them on the day of travel.
