Program:Departure at 7:00 a.m. behind Alexander Nevski Cathedral. Drive to the Asenova Fortress. The best preserved and most notable feature of Asenova Fortress is the Holy Theotokos of Petrich Church from the 12th-13th century. It is a two- storey cross-domed single- naved building with a wide narthex and a large rectangular tower, and features mural paintings from the 14th century.Visit to the famous natural phenomenon Chudnite Mostove (Marvelous Bridges),located in the heart of Rhodope Mountain, close to the village of Zaburdo. Walk around in the region of the bridges. The unique rock bridges are most probably result of an ancient cave collapsing in an earthquake. Atmospheric processes have shaped the two natural marble bridges of extraordinary beauty. Drive to the village of Bachkovo. Visit to Bachkovo Monastery. Tour of the monastery, which dates back to the 11th century and is one of the most important and well preserved Bulgarian monasteries. It is known and appreciated for the unique combination of Byzantine, Georgian and Bulgarian culture, united by the common faith. Visit to the monastery church of Virgin Mary /dating from 1604/, which treasures the wonder-working icon of Virgin Mary Eleusa from 1310. Drive back to Sofia in the evening. Tour duration - approx. 11 ? hours. Tour ends behind Alexander Nevski Cathedral.

- Cancellations: A refund of 20 % of the tour price will be made if the cancellation is up to 24 hours before tour departure. If you cancel earlier than 24 hours – full refund of the price.

- Accident or loss: We have no liability for loss, damage, delay,inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees’ negligence, in which case our liability is limited to maximum of the refund of the tour cost.
- Please note: Children and students up to 16 years of age should be accompanied by an adult. Tourists, disturbing the rest of the travelers in the group with intolerant or bad behavior will be asked to leave the group immediately with no money refund!
- Students -up to 25 yrs.: At the time of booking students must provide student ID card and bring it with them on the day of travel.
